The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room at SEC headquarters at 100 F Street, N.E., Washington, D.C., and is open to the public. The meeting will be webcast live and archived on the committee’s webpage for later viewing.

EEX: Termination Of trading In Hog-, Piglet-, And Fertilizer Futures

After today’s decision of the Exchange Council of EEX to delete the specifications of Piglet and Hog Futures from the EEX Contract Specifications, trading in these products as well as trading in Futures on Fertilizers will be terminated after today’s (22nd September 2017) close of trading at EEX. The entry of orders or the registration of transactions in these products is prohibited effective immediately.

EBA: Consultation On Amending ITS On Supervisory Disclosure

The European Banking Authority (EBA) launched today a consultation to amend the Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) on supervisory disclosure, which specify the format, structure, contents list and annual publication date of the supervisory information to be disclosed by competent authorities. The revised draft ITS will incorporate the changes to the EU legal framework and the establishment of the Single Supervisory Mechanism (SSM). The consultation runs until 22 December 2017.

B3 Discloses Results Of The "Report Or Explain For The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)"

The results of the "Report or Explain for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" present the efforts of companies listed on B3 to publish sustainability or integrated reports taking the SDGs into account. The SDGs are a set of 17 global goals approved by the United Nations in 2015. Among the companies consulted by B3, 147 responded the survey, the equivalent to 33% of the total companies listed on the Exchange. Of these 147 companies, 40% disclose their reports considering the SDGs, are preparing the reports, intend to, or are considering the possibility of including the SDGs in their reports.
