The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has taken civil penalty action against Mr Tarek Abdel Tawab Mohamed Abdel Bary (Tarek Bary) for insider trading in the shares of CSE Global Limited (CSE Global).

In order to facilitate domestic and overseas investors to check the basic information of Listed Companies for Northbound Trading under Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, Shenzhen Stock Exchange (‘SZSE’) issued a notice on the anniversary of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect that it would launched the Chinese and English Snapshot of Listed Companies for Northbound Trading under Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (‘Chinese and English Company Snapshot’) from 28 December, 2017.

SIFMA today issued its 2018 and 2019 holiday recommendations for the trading of U.S. dollar-denominated fixed-income securities in the U.S. and the U.K. All 2019 recommendations for Japan are subject to confirmation by the Bank of Japan. TMX Group Limited (“TMX Group”) today announced that it has priced a Canadian private placement offering (“the Offering”) of C$300 million aggregate principal amount of 2.997% Series D Senior Unsecured Debentures due December 11, 2024 (the “Debentures”) to accredited investors in Canada. The Debentures will be direct senior unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of TMX Group and will rank pari passu with all other senior unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of TMX Group.
