  • Egyptian Exchange Starts Its Program For Economic Courts' Judges In Cooperation With German Foundation fFr International Cooperation

    The Egyptian Exchange started its introductory program to Judges in Economic Courts, which aims at reviewing the most important mechanisms and frameworks governing the capital market in terms of trading inside and outside the cabin. This comes in cooperation with the German Foundation for International Cooperation (GIZ).  The opening session of the training was attended by Mr. Mohamed Farid-EGX Chairman, Counselor Ahmed Khairi, Assistant Minister of Justice for the Economic Courts Sector, Dr. Khaled Serri Seyam, Professor of Criminal Law and former Chairman of EGX.

  • ACER Reports On Implementation Of Interoperability And Data Exchange Network Code

    The Agency publishes today its first ACER Report on the implementation of the Interoperability and Data Exchange Network Code, which aims at aligning the complex technical procedures used between Transmission System Operators (TSOs) and between TSOs and network users within the EU. The Report explores the effectiveness of the implementation of this code in the EU Member States. Rules on interoperability and data exchange cover ways in which network operators manage gas flows across borders, deal with differences in gas quality and exchange data between themselves and market players. The Code is applicable since 1 May 2016.
