Fidessa Group Plc Statement Regarding Adjournment Of Shareholder Meetings

The Board of Fidessa group plc (“Fidessa”) today announces that it has received approaches from two separate third parties who are each considering making an offer for Fidessa at a premium to the Temenos offer announced on 21 February 2018 (the “Temenos Offer”). Under the Temenos Offer, Fidessa shareholders would receive in aggregate £36.467 per share in cash, comprising £35.67 cash consideration from Temenos and the £0.797 Dividend.

The Spanish Exchange Traded €49.2 Billion In March

The Spanish Exchange traded €49.2 billion in Equities in March, up 5.8% from the preceding month and down 15.4% year-on-year as in March 2017 several companies were listed on the market, i.e. Prosegur and Neinor Homes, thus increasing volumes that month. The number of trades in March came in at 3.82 million, which brings a total 12.48 million trades for the first three months of the year.

Nasdaq (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today publishes monthly trade statistics for the Nordic and Baltic markets. Below follows a summary of the statistics for March 2018:
- The share trading increased by 4.8% to a daily average of 3.130bn EUR, compared to 2.988bn EUR in March 2017. Compared to the previous month, February 2018, the daily average decreased by 15.5%.
- Cleared derivatives volume increased by 11.7% to a daily average of 504,790 contracts, compared with 451,979 contracts in March 2017.
- ETF trading (Exchange Traded Funds) increased by 53.0% to a daily average of 53.9m EUR compared to 35.2m EUR in March 2017.
- Nordea Bank AB.was the most traded stock per day during the past month, followed by Novo Nordisk A/S.
- Deutsche Bank AG was the most active member during the past month, followed by Morgan Stanley Int. plc.
- Nasdaq Nordic’s share of order-book trading in our listed stocks increased to 69.3%, compared to 68.2% previous month.

Deutsche Börse cash markets achieved a turnover of €165.1 billion in March (2017: €135.7 billion). In the first quarter of 2018, the trading volume was €480.1 billion – an increase of around 33 percent compared with the first three months in 2017 with €361.5 billion.
