The Saudi Arabian Capital Market Authority Publishes The Draft Of The Amended Instructions For The Listed Companies Announcements For Public Consultation

The Capital Market Authority invited investors, interested parties and the public to provide their comments and observations on the draft of the amended Instructions for the Listed Companies Announcements, which is available on the CMA’s official website for a period of 30 calendar days, ending on 12/09/1439H corresponding to 27/05/2018G from the day of publication. The Authority assured that all received comments and observations will be taken in consideration for the purpose of adopting the final version of the Instructions.
