FSB Publishes Directory Of Crypto-Assets Regulators

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) published today a Crypto-assets regulators directory. The purpose of the directory is to provide information on the relevant regulators and other authorities in FSB jurisdictions and international bodies who are dealing with crypto-asset issues, and the aspects covered by them. The directory will be delivered to the G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meeting on 11-12 April 2019.

PEGAS TTF Spot Market Reaches A New High With 53.1 TWh In March Amidst One The Highest Overall Monthly Volumes

PEGAS, the pan-European gas trading platform operated by Powernext, established a new high on its TTF spot segment with 53.1 TWh in March, erasing the previous record of 47.97 TWh reached in February. The total volume traded in March amounted to 223.4 TWh on the PEGAS platform, including 129.3 TWh on the spot and 94.1 TWh on the futures segments, which represents an increase of 20% over last year (March 2018: 186.8 TWh) and the second highest overall monthly volume.

ACER Reports On Gas Conditional Capacity Products In The EU

The Agency publishes today its Report on the conditionalities stipulated in contracts for standard capacity products for firm capacity and an underlying consultancy Study as required by the EU Regulation establishing a Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms in gas transmission systems. In order to ensure that gas can be traded independently of its location in the system, network users must be given the freedom to book entry and exit capacity independently from each other. ACER’s Report analyses the current restrictions in capacity products that prevent this from happening.
