- The average daily turnover for the first nine months of 2018 was $114.7 billion, an increase of 40 per cent when compared with $82.0 billion for the same period last year.
- The average daily turnover of derivative warrants for the first nine months of 2018 was $16.3 billion, an increase of 47 per cent when compared with $11.1 billion for the same period last year.
- The average daily turnover of CBBCs for the first nine months of 2018 was $7.2 billion, an increase of 64 per cent when compared with $4.4 billion for the same period last year.
- Funds raised through IPOs for the first nine months of 2018 was $242.7 billion, an increase of 177 per cent when compared with $87.6 billion for the same period last year.
- Total funds raised for the first nine months of 2018 was $445.9 billion, an increase of 41 per cent when compared with $316.6 billion for the same period last year.
- There were 166* newly listed companies for the first nine months of 2018, an increase of 46 per cent when compared with 114* for the same period last year.

ETFGI Reports Assets Invested In ETFs And ETPs Listed In Asia Pacific (Ex-Japan) Reached A New High Of $186 Billion At The End Of August 2018

ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETF/ETP ecosystem, reported today that assets invested in ETFs and ETPs listed in Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) reached a new high of US$186 billion, following net inflows of US$2.93 billion and market moves during August. Inflows during the month were primarily driven by products providing exposure to China, according to ETFGI’s August 2018 Asia Pacific (ex-Japan) ETF and ETP industry landscape insights report, an annual paid-for research subscription service.
