CAT Reporting Requirements Presentation Schedule And Registration Information

The CAT NMS, LLC Operating Committee is hosting in-person presentations on options reporting requirements for the Consolidated Audit Trail. During these presentations, the SROs and Thesys CAT LLC will provide information on the reporting of options orders in accordance with the CAT Reporting Technical Specifications for Industry Members; including detailed discussions of reporting scenarios, implementation timelines and registration.

TASE Seeks To Significantly Reduce Vetting Fees For New Listings Among Other Things, TASE Seeks To Abolish Vetting Fees For Shelf Prospectus And Lower Vetting Fees For ESOPs

On 21.10.18, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) released a proposal to introduce a series of changes to its vetting fees for new listings. The Israeli Association of Publicly Traded Companies petitioned TASE to lower the listing costs for newly - listed companies to encourage new listings and to lower costs for companies already trading on TASE. The proposed changes are the result of an on-going dialogue between TASE and the Association to improve services provided TASE-listed companies.

CUSIP Request Volume Rebounds In October, Suggesting Possible Increase In Debt And Equity Issuance In Q4 - Municipal, Corporate Equity And Corporate Debt Pre-Market Activity Climbs Following September Slump

CUSIP Global Services (CGS) today announced the release of its CUSIP Issuance Trends Report for October 2018. The report, which tracks the issuance of new security identifiers as an early indicator of debt and capital markets activity, found across-the-board increases in monthly request volume for new municipal, corporate equity and corporate debt identifiers in October. This is suggestive of an increase in new security issuance.

ETFGI Reports ETFs And ETPs Listed In Canada Gather Net Inflows Of US$919 Mn During October 2018

ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETF/ETP ecosystem, reported today that ETFs and ETPs listed in Canada gathered net inflows of US$919 Mn during October. Following a turbulent month for financial markets, total assets invested in the Canadian ETF and ETP industry fell 6.11% during October, from US$127 Bn at the end of September, to US$120 Bn, according to ETFGI’s October 2018 Canadian ETF and ETP industry landscape insights report, an annual paid-for research subscription service.
