- The company achieved its full-year 2018 Outlook and provided its future Outlook
- The Thomson Reuters Board of Directors approved a $0.04 per share annualized increase in the dividend to $1.44 per common share. This represents the 26th consecutive year of dividend increases.

Europeanissuers Members Appointed To The European Corporate Reporting Lab’s First Project Task Force On Climate-Related Reporting

EuropeanIssuers would like to congratulate the candidates who were successfully chosen to be a part of the European Corporate Reporting Lab’s first Project Task Force on Climate-Related Reporting. The Task Force will be responsible for the operation of this first project of the European Lab, including planning, identifying good practices and challenges, conducting stakeholder outreach activities and the project report and other deliverables on climate-related reporting. Out of the successful candidates, EuropeanIssuers would like to give special recognition to four of whom are among its membership: Ms Alice Peyrard (Veolia); Ms Giulia Genuardi (ENEL); Mr Bertrand Janus (Total); and Mr Piotr Biernacki (SEG).
