- EEX has successfully completed the acquisition of the shares in Grexel Systems Oy. As of February 2019, EEX holds 100% of the shares in the company.

As part of EEX Group, EPEX SPOT is involved in the project with more than 30 partners to launch Germany's first exchange-based flexibility market for grid congestion management.

- In February 2019, EEX has been awarded the Recognised Overseas Investment Exchange (ROIE) status for the United Kingdom by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).The ROIE status ensures that will be able to continue to operate in the UK regardless of the consequences of the upcoming Brexit. Powernext has received the ROIE status in March.

ACE Holdings Issues Corrective Disclosures Following The Securities Commission Malaysia’s Sanctions And Offers Unconditional Redemption To Subscribers

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) today informed the public that ACE Holdings Berhad (AHB) had on 1 April 2019 issued corrective disclosures following the SC’s sanctions issued on 11 December 2018. The sanctions relate to false or misleading information contained in AHB’s Private Placement Memorandum dated 8 September 2015 and Private Placement Memorandum dated 5 January 2018 (collectively referred to as PPM 2015 and 2018).

The Stock Exchange of Thailand, jointly with Money & Banking Magazine, is organizing the 16th SET Awards — an annual event to honor outstanding listed companies and spotlight them as role models for the industry, today announcing a list of 620 listed firms that have passed the preliminary screening for the prestigious awards. The winners of the awards will be announced in November 2019.

- Market capitalisation was $33.8 trillion at the end of March 2019, an increase of 2 per cent from $33.0 trillion at the end of February 2019, and a decrease of 2 per cent from $34.4 trillion at the end of March 2018.
- The average daily turnover in March 2019 was $110.6 billion, an increase of 5 per cent when compared with $105.7 billion in February 2019, and a decrease of 16 per cent from $131.6 billion in March 2018.
- The average daily turnover of CBBCs for the first three months of 2019 was $10.0 billion, an increase of 5 per cent when compared with $9.5 billion for the same period last year.
- The average daily turnover of Debt Securities for the first three months of 2019 was $0.3 billion, an increase of 50 per cent when compared with $0.2 billion for the same period last year.
- Funds raised through IPOs for March 2019 was $9.3 billion, an increase of 35 per cent when compared with $6.9 billion in February 2019.
