  • Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s Answers To Reporters’ Questions Regarding QSYJ Which May Trigger Forced Delisting Due To Major Violation Of Laws

    On 2 December 2019, Hunan China Sun Pharmaceutical Machinery Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “QSYJ” or the “Company”) disclosed the Notice on Receiving Advance Notification on Administrative Punishment and Market Access Ban from China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) and gave a special risk warning: according to the facts ascertained in the Advance Notification, the Company’s net profit was actually negative for four years straight from 2015 to 2018. The forgoing major violation of law is a cause for forced delisting according to Article 4(3) of the Implementation Measures of SZSE on Forced Delisting of Listed Companies for Major Violation of Law (hereinafter referred to as Implementation Measures), and the Company’s stock may be forced to delist from the market. The spokesperson of SZSE answered reporters’ questions about market concerns.


  • Almost All SGX-Listed Companies Produce Sustainability Reports Since Mandate

    Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) and the Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations (CGIO) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School, today said their joint review showed that almost all listed companies have produced their sustainability reports on a timely basis following the mandating of the requirement.

    Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) and Shenzhen Securities Information Co., Ltd. recently announced that they would make periodical adjustments to the sample stocks of SZSE indexes such as SZSE Component Index, ChiNext Index, SZSE 100 Index and SZSE SME Index according to index compilation rules. The adjustments will be officially implemented on 16 December 2019.

(NYSE:ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of data and listings services, today announced record trading volume for ICE New York Harbor Heating Oil Futures of 113,770 contracts yesterday. This was a 35 percent increase over the previous trading volume record of 84,294 lots on October 17, 2019.
