Intercontinental Exchange And MSCI Expand Relationship

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE:ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of data and listings services, and MSCI Inc. (NYSE:MSCI), a leading provider of mission-critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community, today announced they have expanded their existing relationship. This expansion includes a long-term extension of ICE’s existing license agreement for listed futures based on MSCI Indexes. In addition, MSCI will license ESG data to ICE Data Services for index construction, while ICE Data Services’ leading fixed income pricing and reference data will be integrated into MSCI’s platform.

On September 30, 2019, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) released the results of the tenth annual Financial Access Survey (FAS). The FAS is a unique supply-side dataset that enables policymakers to measure and monitor financial inclusion and benchmark progress against peers. The dataset covers 189 jurisdictions with more than 150 indicators on financial access and use with historical data from 2004.

ACER Assesses Consistency Of Proposed Projects Of Common Interest For Trans-European Energy Infrastructure

The EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) has published two Opinions on the electricity and the gas draft lists of Projects of Common Interest, in which it assesses the consistent application of criteria, cost-benefit analysis (CBA) methodology and cross-border relevance of projects across regions, according to the EU Regulation on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure.
