CFTC Approves Transfer Of trueEX LLC Swap Execution Registration To Tassat Derivatives LLC

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission issued an order on November 6, 2019, approving the transfer of the trueEX LLC swap execution facility (SEF) registration to Tassat Derivatives LLC. Tassat is a Delaware limited liability company located in New York City. trueEX was granted registration as a SEF by the CFTC on January 22, 2016. [See Press Release No. 7313-16] 

TMX Group Limited Increases Dividend To $0.66 Per Common Share

The Board of Directors of TMX Group Limited today declared a dividend of $0.66 on each common share outstanding, an increase of $0.04 or 6% from the previous $0.62 per common share. This dividend is payable on December 6, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 22, 2019.

The FTSE Mondo Visione Exchanges Index, which aims to reflect market sentiment and is a key indicator of exchanges performance closed at 61,242.5 on 31 October 2019, 2% up on the month, up 24% Year-to-Date and 22.4 % over 12 months (all in USD terms). The index set a new closing all-time high of 62,355.5 on 6 September 2019.

Total revenues reached R$1,706.6 million, a 34.1% increase over the same period of the previous year (3Q18), while recurring EBITDA1 totaled R$1,109.4 million, up by 42.3%. The Company´s recurring net income2 in 3Q19 totaled R$851.0 million.

Futures commission merchants (FCMs) and retail foreign exchange dealers (RFEDs) must file monthly financial reports with the CFTC's Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight (DSIO) within 17 business days after the end of the month. Selected financial information from these reports is published below. The most recent month-end information generally is added within 12 business days after FCMs and RFEDs file their reports, but occasionally may be added later. For example:  The 17th business day filing “due date" for February 28, 2015 financial reports was March 25, 2015.  The 12 business day target for posting these data was April 10, 2015.
