Nadex Refrains From Listing Certain Contracts

Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(h), Nadex took the following actions:

No Daily, Weekly or Intraday Natural Gas Binary contracts will be listed for the week of April 6, 2020;

No Weekly FTSE 100 or Germany 30 Binary contracts will be listed for the week of April 6, 2020;

No 5-Minute Intraday GBP/JPY Binary contracts were listed for expirations occurring from 6:05pm through 6:15pm ET on trade date April 7, 2020.All 5-Minute Intraday Currency Binary contracts were listed beginning with the 6:20pm ET expiration time.

FTSE Mondo Visione Exchanges Index Down By 11.5 % In March, Down 13.9% In Q1 2020

The FTSE Mondo Visione Exchanges Index was down by 13.9% this quarter as fears of the economic fallout from the coronavirus pandemic sent global markets plummeting. All equity indices declined sharply in the quarter with the FTSE All World Index falling by 20.0%, the MSCI World was down 20.1% and the S&P 500 closing out its worst quarter since 2008 with a 20 percent loss. No market was spared in the contagion rout.

In Response To Self-Executing Congressional Mandates, SEC Adopts Offering Reforms For Business Development Companies And Registered Closed-End Funds - Rule Amendments Allow Eligible Funds To Use Offering Methods That Have Long Been Available To Operating Companies

The Securities and Exchange Commission today voted to adopt rule amendments to implement certain provisions of the Small Business Credit Availability Act and the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act relating to business development companies and other closed-end funds.
