    London improved its performance, and while it remained in second position, it closed the gap in the GFCI ratings on New York.

    • No AUD/USD, EUR/USD, EUR/JPY, GBP/JPY, GBP/USD, USD/JPY or USD/CAD 5-Minute Intraday Currency Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm through 7:00pm expiration times on trade date September 21, 2020;

    • No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Currency Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 22, 2020;

    • No EUR/JPY or GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Currency Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 24, 2020;

    • No GBP/JPY 5-Minute Intraday Currency Binary contracts were listed for the 6:05pm or 6:10pm ET expiration time on trade date September 25, 2020.

  • FTSE Russell Announces Results Of Country Classification Review For Fixed Income And Equities

    • Chinese Government Bonds will be included in the FTSE World Government Bond Index (WGBI) with inclusion scheduled to start in October 2021.
    • Reflects ongoing progress by China toward market reforms and increased access for global investors.
    • Confirmation of the start date to be provided in March 2021 following ratification from FTSE advisory committees and index users that recent regulatory reforms and infrastructure enhancements meet the practical needs of investors.
    • China is the world’s second largest bond market with c. $16 trillion outstanding.
    • Malaysia continues to be included in WGBI but will remain on the FTSE Russell Fixed Income Watch List for a potential downgrade.

    At the end of the settlement date of September 15, 2020, short interest in 2,466 Nasdaq Global MarketSM securities totaled 8,187,114,108 shares compared with 8,140,397,566 shares in 2,470 Global Market issues reported for the prior settlement date of August 31, 2020. The mid-August short interest represents 2.97 days compared with 3.54 days for the prior reporting period.
