MIAX Options Exchange - SPIKES Special Settlement Auction Settlement Reference Price Opening Width And SPIKES Valid And Priority Quote Width Tables

MIAX Options will continue to use the Settlement Reference Price Opening Width and Valid and Priority Quote Width tables detailed in MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2021-04 for opening SPY options used in all future SPIKES Special Settlement Auctions. Any changes to the Settlement Reference Price Opening Width and Valid and Priority Quote Width tables detailed in MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2021-04 will be communicated via a Regulatory Circular.

The Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian Exchange Group (“NGX Group”) Plc, Mr. Oscar N. Onyema, OON, has been elected to the Board of World Federation of Exchanges (WFE). This decision was reached at the 60th General Assembly and Annual Meeting of WFE on 9 September 2021.

Decision By The Nasdaq Stockholm Disciplinary Committee Regarding European Lingerie Group AB

The Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm has found that European Lingerie Group AB (“ELG” or the “Company”) has breached Nasdaq Stockholm’s Rule Book for Issuers of Fixed Income Instruments (the “Rulebook”) and therefore ordered the Company to pay a fine of SEK 400,000.
HKEX To Introduce New Mobile Market Data Service
