Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS), the leading provider of corporate governance and responsible investment solutions, today announced the codification and publication of a policy on non-interference and management of potential conflicts of interest as it relates to Deutsche Börse’s majority ownership of ISS. The policy establishes appropriate standards and procedures to protect the integrity and independence of the research, recommendations, ratings, and other analytical offerings (collectively, “research offerings”) produced by ISS.
