Private capital platform iSTOX is rebranding itself as ADDX as it enters a phase of fast-paced growth. The digital securities exchange will facilitate more issuance deals – at least 20 this year, more than double of the deals completed in 2020.

Shanghai Stock Exchange, KRX Sign MOU On Closer Cooperation

On May 11, 2021, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and the Korea Exchange (KRX) signed a memorandum of understanding on closer cooperation (the MOU for short) by video. SSE President Cai Jianchun and KRX Chairman Sohn Byungdoo signed the MOU on behalf of the two exchanges. According to the MOU, the SSE and the KRX will discuss the establishment of an ETF connectivity mechanism between China and South Korea and strengthening cooperation in the fields of index and bond markets.

Consumers have reported receiving fictitious email messages, which allege to be initiated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) or senior officials of the agency regarding funds purportedly under the control of the OCC. The notification informs the recipient that a “Bitcoin Wallet Address ID NO” is required to allow for a purported transfer of funds.
