Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) continues to investigate and handle abnormal trading activities and violations for the purposes of performing front-line market supervision responsibilities, regulating futures trading activities, preventing and mitigating market risks and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of market participants. In August 2022, 77 cases of abnormal trading and 5 violation clues were investigated and handled.

Continuing in the tradition of being a formal, substantial and high-quality event, the summit saw state leaders and senior officials, regional government leaders and business leaders gathered to explore the business potential of the Belt and Road Initiative, and to drive synergies and create a win-win situation through multilateral collaborations such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).

Readout: US Secretary Of The Treasury Janet L. Yellen’s Meeting With Nigerian Vice President Yemi Osinbajo And Finance Minister Zainab Ahmed

Earlier today, Secretary of the Treasury Janet L. Yellen met with Nigerian Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Finance Minister Ahmed. During the meeting, Secretary Yellen discussed the increasing impacts of climate change on the economies of the United States and Nigeria and both countries’ plans to address these impacts, including through Nigeria's Energy Transition Plan, as well as the recently enacted U.S. Inflation Reduction Act. The Secretary also spoke about the critical need to respond to global food insecurity—that has been exacerbated by Russia's illegal war in Ukraine—including through the International Financial Institution Action Plan to Address Food Insecurity. Secretary Yellen also shared views on the global macroeconomic outlook.
