A corresponding securities prospectus was not published in advance.

In accordance with section 37 (4) of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG), BaFin would like to make clear that A.K.P.U Group LLC, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, does not hold authorisation under the KWG to conduct banking business or provide financial services. On a previous version of the website kingdom investments.io, the company Bright Space Ltd., Seychelles, was, until recently, named as the entity responsible for operating the website. This company likewise does not hold the above authorisation. Neither company is supervised by BaFin.
