McKay Brothers International’s (MBI’s) Josada team has extended its lowest latency market data service into Shanghai. MBI’s QED service is the fastest way to receive select CME and ICE Futures market data, including: energy, metals, FX, agricultural/softs, and equities. The service can inform traders on local exchanges such as the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) and Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE).

Nadex Changes Underlying Foreign Currency Data Provider

Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and Section 40.6(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”), Nadex submitted notice to the Commission that Nadex will discontinue using the current NadexFX data feed to collect underlying foreign currency data in order to calculate the relevant Expiration Value for the derivative contracts, and replace the feed with data provided by ICE Data Connectivity and Feeds, Inc. The change to the new feed will not take place until January 27, 2023 at the earliest

Cboe BZX Exchange To Suspend Trading In VanEck Russia ETF (RSX) And VanEck Russia Small-Cap ETF (RSXJ) And Commence Delisting Proceedings

Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. (the “Exchange”) announced today that its Listing Qualifications Department has determined to commence proceedings to delist the VanEck Russia ETF and VanEck Russia Small-Cap ETF (collectively, the “Funds”) -- ticker symbols RSX and RSXJ, respectively -- issued by the VanEck ETF Trust (“VanEck”) from the Exchange. Trading in the Funds on the Exchange has been halted since March 4, 2022 and will be suspended immediately.
