The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) and the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) on 27 February 2023 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to facilitate greater regulatory, enforcement, and supervisory cooperation between the two regulators. This is in light of growing globalisation and cross-border activities of regulated entities/persons in both countries.

Revised Lists Of The Moscow Exchange Indices Announced

Today Moscow Exchange announced the results of the quarterly review for MOEX indices. All changes were made upon recommendations from the Index Committee and will be implemented from 17 March 2023. The Exchange has also set free floats and additional weighting factor for several companies.
The MOEX Russia Index and the RTS Index will be modified by depositary receipts of a foreign issuer ROS AGRO PLC being added to the constituent list of the Index.
