Turnover The total turnover of securities on the Exchange amounted to SIT 125.87 billion in the first six months of 2000. It was almost SIT five billion higher than the value of securities traded during the same period in 1999. The average monthly turnover in the first half of the year thus reached SIT 20.98 billion. Monthly turnover during the whole year of 1999 was slightly above SIT 22 billion.

On 27 July 2000, the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam overturned the judgment issued by the Amsterdam District Court on 4 November 1999, in which the District Court ruled that Blue 7 did not have to surrender the domain name Beursplein5.nl to Amsterdam Exchanges.
