    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index: After the close of trading on Friday, February 14, 2003, Del Roca Energy Ltd. (TSXVN:DRQ) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index. The shares of the company will be delisted from the exchange at that time. The company has been acquired by Tusk Energy Inc. (TSX:TKE).
