  • Amy S. Butte Named Chief Financial Officer, NYSE

    The New York Stock Exchange today announced that Amy S. Butte, executive vice president, Corporate Finance, has assumed the role of chief financial officer, effective immediately. Ms. Butte, who reports to NYSE CEO John A. Thain, joined the Exchange on Feb. 19. She succeeds Keith R. Helsby.

  • Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Thursday, April 8, 2004: Jones Soda Co. (TSXVN:JSD) will be removed from the index. The company no longer adheres to inclusion criteria #1 of the S&P/TSX Venture Composite rules. Tm Bioscience Corporation (TSXVN:TMC) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on the TSX under the ticker symbol "TMC" at the open on April 12, 2004.

Domestic turnover in March was EUR 68,148.8 million, foreign turnover 8,103.2 million, Nuovo Mercato, Domestic, 1,709.4 million, Nuovo Mercato, Foreign, 32.3 million and on the Mercarto Expandi market EUR 34.6 million.
