FFastFill Raises £3.1 million

The Company is pleased to announce that it has conditionally raised £3.1 million (before expenses) by the placing ("the Placing") of 44,285,715 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a placing price of 7p per new Ordinary Share. This represents 18.52 per cent. of the issued share capital following the Placing.

Using a unique set of data from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the staff studied the relationship between futures prices and the positions of managed money traders (MMTs), commonly known as hedge funds, for the natural gas and crude oil futures markets. The staff also examined the relationship between the positions of MMTs and positions of other categories of traders (e.g., floor traders, merchants, manufacturers, commercial banks, dealers) for the same markets.

CBOT Fed Watch - April 29 Market Close

In advance of next week's Federal Open Market Committee meeting on May 3, the Chicago Board of Trade will be reporting daily rate change probabilities in the FOMC's federal funds target rate, as indicated by the CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract. The CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract is a key benchmark interest rate barometer that reflects the forward overnight effective rate for excess reserves that are traded among commercial banks in the U.S. federal funds market.

(China, SEDOL: 6307954, GICS: Materials, GICS Code: 15104050), a member of the S&P/CITIC 50 and S&P/CITIC 300 Indices, free-float A shares will increase by 1,649,857,731 to 3,526,857,731. This change is due to the new issue of shares. There will also be an increase in the IWF. <
