    On October 26, 2004, News Corporation announced that their shareholders and option holders had approved the company’s reincorporation into the U.S. from Australia. This corporate action requires adjustment of the following indexes: Dow Jones Australia Titans 30; Dow Jones Asia Titans 50; Dow Jones Asia Titans ex Japan; Dow Jones Australia Total Market Index, Dow Jones U.S. Total Market Index and its respective sector indexes; and the Dow Jones Wilshire Indexes.

  • CBOT® October Volume Increases 12.8 Percent From Last Year - Year-To-Date Exchange Volume Rises 29.5 Percent

    The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) yesterday announced that total exchange volume continued its strong growth, reaching 47,830,745 contracts in October, up 12.8 percent from last year. Year-to-date (YTD) volume through October was up 29.5 percent to 494,383,000 from January through October last year. Average daily volume in October increased 23.6 percent to 2,277,655 contracts from October 2003 levels.
