CBOE Year-To-Date Volume Reaches All-Time High - 2004 Volume Will Establish New Record

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced that annual trading volume at CBOE has already reached a new all-time high at the Exchange. On Wednesday, November 24, total volume for this year reached 327,263,022 contracts, surpassing the previous CBOE annual volume record of 326,359,531 contracts traded in 2000.

The implementation of these criteria is a milestone in the ongoing evolution of the leading SRI index series, and is supported by industry experts, government and NGOs alike.
