The Securities and Exchange Commission announced settled fraud charges against two subsidiaries of Citigroup, Inc. relating to the creation and operation of an affiliated transfer agent that has served the Smith Barney family of mutual funds since 1999. New Commodity-based Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) On The SWX Swiss Exchange

A new product has been listed in the Exchange Traded Funds segment of the SWX Swiss Exchange, taking the total to 31 ETFs. The new fund is EasyETF GSCI from Axa Investment Manager/BNP Paribas on the Goldman Sachs Commodity Index. The trading currency is the USD.

Deutsche Börse Continues Capital Management Program - Second Share Buy-back Program To Commence In The Week Beginning 6 June

As planned, Deutsche Börse is continuing the Capital Management Program launched in mid-April. In the week beginning 6 June, the company will commence a second share buy-back program with a planned volume of approximately EUR 370 million. In the course of 2005, the company already repurchased shares valued at EUR 353.1 million between mid-April and mid-May and paid a dividend of EUR 74.1 million.
