September FCOJ Delivery On NYBOTs eCOPS

The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) has added Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice (FCOJ, symbol OJ) delivery capability to eCOPS®, LLC. The eCOPS system, which now allows for the September FCOJ delivery, offers the user increased cost savings and efficiency, with greater speed and convenience of electronic documentation and transfer.

NYSE Member Firms Report First-Quarter 2006 Results (Corrected)

New York Stock Exchange member firms that conduct business with the public reported first-quarter 2006 after-tax profits of $3.08 billion and revenues of $77.56 billion, compared to $1.70 billion in after-tax profits on revenues of $49.22 billion in the first quarter of 2005.

LCH.Clearnet Rationalises IT Strategy

LCH.Clearnet has decided to close down its Generic Clearing System (“GCS”) project. A review of the GCS programme in 2005 had already concluded that part of the GCS investment would not be brought into economic use and an impairment charge of €20.1 million was therefore recognised in the 2005 interim accounts.

Correction: New York Mercantile Exchange To List Heating Oil Financial Futures Contracts On NYMEX ClearPort®

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. announced yesterday that it will list its heating oil financial futures (BH) contract for clearing on NYMEX ClearPort® July 23 for the trade date of July 24. The contract is currently available for trading on the CME Globex® electronic trading platform.

CFTC Sends Delegation To China To Provide Technical Assistance To The China Securities Regulatory Commission
