Euronext Welcomes Volta Finance - Over € 10 Bln New Capital Raised On Euronext Amsterdam In 2006, Highest Level Ever

Volta Finance Limited, a structured finance company investing a multi-asset class structured finance portfolio, was listed today on Euronext Amsterdam, raising €300 mln. Trading opened today at noon CET on Euronext Amsterdam at a price of €10.

The Board of Directors of NP RTS decided to refer CJSC NOMOS-BANK to the II group of reliability, CJSC Infina – to the V group of reliability. This decision comes into effect within 3 working days after the date of the decision taken.

- From 1 November 2007 investment firms will report the transactions that they have executed to their local Competent Authority in accordance with Article 25 in the MiFID Directive. Competent Authorities will exchange these reports in accordance with the Directive and implementing measures adapted by the EU Commission. The Competent Authorities are CESR Members.
