Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, September 27, 2006: La Mancha Resources Inc. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission's (CFTC's) Office of General Counsel issued a no-action letter on September 26, 2006, permitting the offer and sale in the United States of the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited’s (HKFE’s) futures contracts based on the FTSE/Xinhua China 25 Index (FXC) and the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI).<
