Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following changes to the constituents of the S&P/TSX Capped Gold Index. These changes are pursuant to changes in the index methodology, which will expand coverage of the index to allow for the inclusion of non-Canadian securities. The S&P/TSX Capped Gold Index will also be renamed the S&P/TSX Global Gold Index. The additions, deletions and index name change will be effective at the open on Monday, December 18, 2006.

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company(NYSE: RRD) today announced plans to withdraw the listing of its common stock from the former Pacific Stock Exchange, now NYSE Arca, Inc. RR Donnelley's common stock will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the Chicago Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, December 8, 2006: Rosetta Exploration Inc. (TSXVN:RSA) will continue to trade under the new name "Berkana Energy Corp.", new ticker symbol "BEC" and new CUSIP number "084100Q 10 9". The shares will also be consolidated on a 1 for five basis. The continuing resolution funding the Securities and Exchange Commission for fiscal 2007 since Oct. 1, 2006, has been extended further through Feb. 15, 2007. Therefore, fees paid under Section 6(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Sections 13(e), 14(g) and 31 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 will remain at their current rates.
CBOE Seat Sells For New Record Of $1.775 Million - Surpasses Previous All-Time High Set Last Week

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced that a CBOE membership, or seat, traded Wednesday, December 6th, for $1,775,000, a new all-time high at CBOE. And yesterday, a seat was sold for $1,750,000. Both seat sales topped the previous record-setting price of $1,700,000 on December 1, 2006.
