Standard & Poor's Announces Changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, February 23, 2007: Klondex Mines Ltd. (TSXVN:KDX) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to the TSX to trade under the same ticker symbol. American Gold Capital Corporation (TSXVN:AAU) will be removed from the index. The company is being acquired as part of a plan of arrangement by Chesapeake Gold Corp. (TSXVN:CKG) for shares.
