Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P/TSX Canadian Indices

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes: The unitholders of CCS Income Trust (TSX:CCR.UN) have approved the going-private transaction proposed on June 29, 2007. As a result, CCS Income Trust will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX Completion, the S&P/TSX Capped Energy Trust, the S&P/TSX Capped Energy and the S&P/TSX Income Trust indices effective after the close on Friday, September 21, 2007.

Congressman Gregory Meeks (D-NY6) and Congressman Vito Fossella’s (R-NY13) bipartisan legislation to enhance the competitiveness of U.S. capital markets by allowing exchanges to establish developmental tiers to expand listing opportunities in the United States for smaller companies passed the House Financial Services Committee today by voice vote.

SIS x-clear And Eurex Clearing Seek Equities Clearing Cooperation - SIS x-clear And Eurex Clearing Aim For A Mutual Link Under The Code Of Conduct

SIS x-clear, the clearing house of the Swiss SIS Group, and Eurex Clearing, the clearing house of the international derivatives exchange Eurex, are cooperating in the equities clearing business: the two partners announced on Tuesday that both clearing houses are seeking mutual access to the virt-x exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, September 18, 2007: United Bolero Development Corporation (TSXVN:UNB) will change its name to Bolero Resources Corporation. The company will trade under the new ticker symbol "BRU" and the new CUSIP number 09752T 10 7. There is no consolidation of capital.
