  • HKEx Changes Of Designated Securities For Short Selling

    The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), announces that with effect from 13 August 2007 (Monday), 134 additional securities will be eligible for short selling and 9 existing designated securities will be removed from the list.  The total number of designated securities for short selling will be 526 after the revision.

    Chi-X(®) Europe Limited, a pan-European equity alternative trading system (ATS), today announced that it is successfully trading, clearing and settling all of the component stocks of the FTSE 100.
