Program Trading Averaged 29.3 Percent Of NYSE Volume During Oct. 15-19

The New York Stock Exchange today released its weekly program-trading data submitted by its member firms. The report includes trading in all markets as reported to the NYSE for Oct. 15-19.

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) announced today that it has censured and fined UBS Financial Services, Inc. (UBS) $370,000, for making hundreds of late disclosures to FINRA's Central Registration Depository (CRD) of information about its brokers, including customer complaints, regulatory actions and criminal disclosures. Those reporting violations occurred over a three-year period, from January 2002 through December 2004.

NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext: NYX) today announced that the first group of 14 WisdomTree ETFs completed their scheduled transfer from the NYSE to NYSE Arca on Oct. 10, 2007. NYSE Euronext expects the phased transfer of all NYSE listed ETFs to NYSE Arca to be completed by year-end.

The Disciplinary Committee At The OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm Fines Nobel Biocare Holding AG

Nobel Biocare has contravened the listing agreement with the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm by not handling price-sensitive information correctly. The exchange’s Disciplinary Committee has ordered Nobel Biocare to pay a fine of SEK 768,000.

Deutsche Börse has further expanded its XTF segment for listed index funds on the electronic trading platform Xetra. Since Thursday, two more exchange-traded funds (ETFs) issued by Lyxor Asset Management have been tradable in XTF.
