Francis' responsibilities include media relations, communications strategy, and outreach to the public relations staff of SIFMA member firms. The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that it will begin to trade fifteen new options on January 10, 2008. The following options were all allocated to Group One Ltd: TBS International Limited (option/stock symbol: TQF/TBSI) will trade on the March expiration cycle with initial expiration months of January, February, March and June. Chicago Climate Futures Exchange® Announces New Records In 2007

Chicago Climate Futures Exchange (CCFE™), a CFTC regulated Designated Contract Market and wholly-owned subsidiary of Chicago Climate Exchange,® Inc. (CCX®), announced today that in 2007 it traded 283,756 contracts compared to 28,924 contracts traded in 2006, representing an 881% increase in volume. Open interest on CCFE increased 719% in 2007, growing from 3,822 contracts at the start of 2007 to 31,290 contracts at year end.
