FIO (Slovakia) Becomes A Remote Warsaw Stock Exchange Member

On 19 February 2008, the WSE Management Board admitted the company FIO o.c.p., a.s. with its seat in Bratislava to operation on the WSE as a Remote Exchange Member. It is the first Exchange Member from Slovakia.

The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced that it has agreed to offer $425 million aggregate principal amount of 2.50% convertible senior notes due 2013. NASDAQ has also granted an option to the initial purchasers to purchase up to an additional $50 million in principal amount of notes to cover over-allotments. Taiwan-based Yuanta Securities Co. Ltd. and Singapore Exchange Limited (SGX) announced today that Yuanta will launch its first warrants on Taiwanese underlying stocks outside Taiwan on SGX on Monday, 25 February 2008. This marks the first time a Taiwanese issuer is venturing abroad after the Taiwan Securities and Futures Bureau granted approval on 28 December 2007 for Taiwanese issuers to issue warrants on 26 exchanges worldwide.
