CA, Inc. To Join The NASDAQ-100 Index Beginning May 19, 2008

CA, Inc. (Nasdaq:CA) of Islandia, New York, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index(r) (Nasdaq:IXNDX), the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq:NDXE), and the NASDAQ-100 Technology Sector Index (Nasdaq:NDXT) prior to market open on Monday, May 19, 2008. CA, Inc. will replace Tellabs, Inc. (Nasdaq:TLAB).

The consolidated net after tax profits of HELEX in Q1 2008 amounted to euro 18.4m vs. euro 23.9m in Q1 2007, reduced by 23%. The consolidated turnover of the Group was reduced by 21% to euro 32.8m vs. euro 41.8m in Q1 2007. This reduction is due mainly to the overall reduction in transaction activity at Athens Exchange as well as to the reduced activity by enterprises in raising capital through Athens Exchange.
