Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. And Egan Jones Recommends CME Group Shareholders Vote 'FOR' The Share Issuance In Connection With CME Group's Acquisition Of NYMEX Holdings, Inc.

CME Group Inc. (Nasdaq: CME) the world's largest and most diverse derivatives exchange, today announced that Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) and Egan Jones have recommended that CME Group shareholders vote "FOR" the share issuance to be undertaken by CME Group in connection with its acquisition of NYMEX Holdings. In separate reports, ISS and Egan Jones also recommended that NYMEX Holdings shareholders vote "FOR" the transaction.

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P MidCap100 and S&P Japan 500 Indices effective after the close of trading Wednesday, August 13, 2008: Kikkoman Corp. (Japan, SEDOL: 6490809, GICS: , GICS Code: 30202030), a member of the S&P Japan MidCap100 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 13,180,902 to 210,383,102 due to the share transfer transaction.

CBOE Options On SPDR Gold Trust (GLD) Volume Hits New Daily Record:188,841 Contracts

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) yesterday recorded a record daily trading volume of 188,841 contracts in options on the SPDR Gold Trust (CBOE ticker symbol: GLD), topping the previous high of 139,786 contracts traded on July 15. The contract was introduced just two months ago on June 2.
