Global X Funds Lists Two Global X China ETFs On NYSE Arca

NYSE Euronext (NYX) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NYSE Arca, today began trading the Global X China Consumer ETF (Ticker: CHIQ) and the Global X China Industrials ETF (Ticker: CHII). The ETFs are sponsored by Global X Funds.

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) today reported that trading volume during November 2009 averaged 4.2 million contracts per day, down eight percent from November 2008 average daily volume (ADV) of 4.6 million contracts. Total options volume during the month dropped three percent to 84.2 million contracts from 86.7 million in November 2008.
