HKEx: Changes Of Designated Securities For Short Selling

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), announces that with effect from 12 February 2009 (Thursday), 25 additional securities will be eligible for short selling and 27 existing designated securities will be removed from the list. The total number of designated securities for short selling will be 362 after the revision.

Deutsche Börse: Unscheduled Adjustment In TecDAX - Medigene Replaces Repower Systems Effective 9 February 2009

Deutsche Börse has announced an unscheduled adjustment in TecDAX®. The freefloat of Repower Systems has dropped below ten percent and does therefore no longer meet the criteria of the index. Medigene will replace the share of Repower Systems in TecDAX.
