Osaka Securities Exchange Wholly Takes Over Jasdaq

Osaka Securities Exchange Co., Ltd. (OSE) today completed the acquisition of the additional shares of Jasdaq Securities Exchange, Inc. (Jasdaq). As a result of this acquisition, OSE has 100% of Jasdaq’s shares and Jasdad became a wholly-owned subsidiary.
