Shanghai Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Index To Adjust Constituents
According to the index rules and upon examination by the Expert Consultative Committee for Corporate Governance Sector Appraisal, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and China Securities Index Co., Ltd. (CSI) have recently announced to adjust the constituents of the SSE Corporate Governance Index on July 1, 2008. The adjustment will come into effect on the same day.

Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange Sets Rapeseed Oil Futures Open Interest Record
On Jun. 23, 2008, the open interest of the rapeseed oil futures contract on ZCE (Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange) peaked at 50392 contracts, surpassing the previous record of 48290 contracts set on Mar. 31, 2008.

ICE Futures Europe Releases Testimony Of ICE Futures Europe Chairman Before U.S. House Committee On Energy And Commerce
In testimony today at a hearing of the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce, Sir Bob Reid, Chairman of London-based ICE Futures Europe(TM), will discuss the role of the U.K.-based futures exchange in providing a regulated and transparent market, including its regulatory framework and cooperative oversight with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). ICE Futures Europe is a subsidiary of Atlanta-based IntercontinentalExchange Inc. (NYSE: ICE).

The past decade has witnessed a significant increase in the activity of foreign investors on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Due to the lack of precise data, it is impossible to directly measure the volume of equity trading generated by foreign investors.
