    The Board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has today considered the composition of its Committees and the Consultative Panels following the re-appointment and re-election of directors yesterday (22 April 2010), and resolved to change the composition of the Audit Committee.  The composition of other Committees and the Consultative Panels remain unchanged.
