Monetary Authority Of Singapore And China Securities Regulatory Commission Reaffirm Commitment To Enhance Capital Markets And Supervisory Cooperation

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) held their 10th annual supervisory roundtable in Singapore on 29 June 2026. The roundtable, co-chaired by MAS Deputy Managing Director (Financial Supervision) Ms Ho Hern Shin and CSRC Vice Chairman Mr Liu Haoling, marked a decade of collaboration between MAS and CSRC to strengthen cooperation between our respective capital markets, as well as enhanced supervisory cooperation. The meeting brought together regulators and industry participants to discuss key market and regulatory developments.

ASX Agrees Revised Transformation Plan With ASIC And RBA

In response to the ASIC Inquiry’s Interim Report last December, ASX committed to delivering a strategic package of actions and this included resetting its Accelerate Program by 1 July 2026. Yesterday, ASX received confirmation from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) that they have agreed to the reset of the Accelerate Program.
