In September, a total of 16.6 million trades were carried out across the Group's electronic equity order books, with a combined value of £149.6 billion (€178 billion), up 16 per cent on August 2010 (£128.6 billion).
Deutsche Börse: Bond Trading To Restart On Xetra - Higher Regional Court Lifts Interim Injunction

As of Monday, 11 October, around 700 corporate bonds will again be tradable via the fully electronic trading system Xetra. Due to an interim injunction issued by the Frankfurt Regional Court on 5 January, the securities had to be suspended from Xetra trading. Following the court hearing on 5 October, the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt lifted the interim injunction issued by the Frankfurt Regional Court.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced today that its enforcement program filed 57 enforcement actions in Fiscal Year (FY) 2010 – 14 percent more than in FY 2009 and 42 percent more than in FY 2008.
