MCX Comdex – The composite index of metals, energy and agro-commodities was up by 0.24% to 2782.49, MCX Energy index was up by 0.14% to 2548.45 and MCX Metal index was up by 0.34% to 3595.33.

Duncan L. Niederauer, Chief Executive Officer, NYSE Euronext, paid a working visit to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The aim of Mr Niederauer's meeting with Ludwik Sobolewski, WSE CEO and President, was to discuss the current situation on capital markets as well as issues related to the strategic partnership between NYSE Euronext and the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

HKEx welcomes views on shortening or eliminating the pre-opening session and the pre-market opening periods in connection with any changes
