The instatement of Dr Holzherr, an academically trained business engineer, completes the appointments to the Supervisory Boards. Dr Christian Holzherr has served Celesio AG since 2008 and was previously a Member of the Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer at EnBW AG.

SWIFT Sharia Compliant For Murabaha - AAOIFI Certification Enables The Automated Processing Of Murabaha Treasury Transactions

SWIFT today announced that ISO 15022 message standards for the processing of treasury Murabaha transactions have been certified compliant with the international Islamic finance standards issued by AAOIFI (Accounting and Auditing Organisation for Islamic Financial Institutions). This certification paves the way towards the automated processing of Murabaha treasury transactions, which reportedly represent 60% of all Islamic financing.
European Parliament: New Financial Market Supervision System Signed Into Law

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) will publish information about the exchange rates for Hong Kong dollars (HKD) against renminbi (RMB)* and US dollars (USD) on its website commencing from 29 November 2010 for calculation of stamp duty and other trading-related fees, including transaction levy, investor compensation levy (currently exempted) and trading fee, on transactions in the respective currencies in its securities market.
